Adding a splash of Mediterranean color to California, Prego's ambiance blends the warmth and rustic charm of old-world Italy with the electricity and vibrancy of a cosmopolitan restaurant. Lively exhibition kitchens allow diners to view the artful chefs creating delicious dishes. Our restaurant seats up to 250 guests with al fresco. Prego features a full bar and offers banquet and catering services. The menu at Prego emphasizes regional Italian cuisine, featuring authentic pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, freshly made pastas, grilled fresh fish, spit-roasted meats and fowl, and an extensive list of wines from Italy and California that will please even the most discriminating wine connoisseur. Our homemade desserts and pastries make a perfect ending to an unforgettable dining experience. Prego has received fine-dining awards from the Restaurant Writers' Association and the Wine and Food Society of Southern California. It has been a culinary destination for over two decades.

"I travel to Orange County a few times a year and always make a stop at Prego for dinner. Delicious seafood dishes and the occasional ossobucco special keep me coming back, whether it's a business dinner, or solo at the bar where there's always someone interesting to talk to while Dennis and Erika take excellent care of you."

Discovering the experience of dining in a place such as Cannes or Nice was never easier than now with the opening of the French Bistro and Raw Bar, Avenue. The only difference between dining at Avenue and dining along the Côte d'Azur, is that your gaze lands on waves on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. Avenue is located along our side of the pond, on our own eastern shores in Long Branch, New Jersey. This gleaming new restaurant is designed by the internationally renowned architect David Collins, and the collaboration is nothing short of amazing.

"The Avenue is the place where I take my customers from out of town because it's always predictably great. The seafood appetizer tower was delicious and so was the branzino. We sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed the views. All in all a great dining experience."

Char Steakhouse's innovative cuisine features only the finest cuts of Dry Aged and Prime Beef with fish delivered fresh daily. Guests will dine by landscaped views revealed by towering windows. Unique features include four modern fireplaces that are the first of their kind, a curved wall of water that rains serenity in the aptly named Rain Room. Guests can enjoy 7 cuts of the finest quality dry aged beef or snack on oysters and colossal blue crab from our premier raw bar. Seating in the lounge is offered on a first come first serve basis or party goers can reserve arched custom booths for up to twelve. "Char is a well-managed superb neighborhood find with a choice of indoor and outdoor dining. The location in downtown Red Bank is convenient. I usually order the bone-in ribeye but was convinced to try the Kansas City cut this time, resulting in a new favorite.
Char is so versatile, I host customers as well as holiday parties and of course, special occasions with my spouse.
Char does not disappoint."

Sam and Harry's is a progressive steak house offering wet aged prime beef in an elegant yet comfortable setting. In addition to prime beef Sam and Harry's has an aggressive fresh seafood menu which changes daily. Only seafood that is day boat sourced and flown in daily is offered. Sam and Harry's also boasts a 300 wines spanning 9 countries around the world.
