Texas de Brazil is carving out a new experience in fine dining. The restaurant is an authentic Brazilian-American “Churrascaria” or steakhouse that combines the cuisines of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas. <br />Treat yourself to our 50-60 item gourmet salad area including appetizers, fresh vegetables, soups, and salads. Turn your place card to green and prepare to be swarmed by a troop of carvers generously serving various cuts of seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, all accompanied by traditional side items and house-baked Brazilian cheese bread. As your dining experience continues, let one of our in-house wine connoisseurs select the perfect pairing from our extensive, award-winning wine lists, or sip on a freshly-made signature cocktail-the Caipirinha. Complete your dining experience with one of our many decadent dessert selections, and then relax with an after-dinner drink or steaming espresso and enjoy the ambiance that is Texas de Brazil.

"For several years I've been coming to Texas de Brazil in Fairfax for dinner to enjoy one of the most authentic U.S. renditions of Brazilian churrasco. This month the restaurant opened for lunch on Wednesdays and Thursdays, giving me my first chance to try the lunch menu. Some dinner items weren't included (like lamb chops) but most were and the lunch price is nearly half the dinner price. The same great meats with unlimited seconds at a even better price. I highly recommend lunch at Texas de Brazil."

Located in the heart of Tysons Corner, Chima Brazilian Steakhouse brings a unique dining experience to metro Washington DC and Fairfax County. Chima's unique style of service "Rodizio" which means rotation brings to our diner a variety of beef, pork, chicken and fish in a dining rotation and served by our Gauchos directly to your table. Our wide and various offers on our salad bar make the dining experience at Chima a unique one.

"As a big fan of the Brazilian steakhouse style, I've eaten often at the three competing places in the Washington area. Chima might disappoint the purist because it uses less salt in preparing its meats than is typical in Brazil. If this is an issue, the saltier taste is available elsewhere. However, I think many diners here will prefer the version at Chima, which is delicious on its own merits. Also a favorite in Brazil and most authentic at Chima is the mashed potatoes, which are more liquid in Brazil and also at Chima. Chima's standard accompaniments to the meats -- salads, soups, rice and beans, fried bananas, etc. -- are all very good. Chima also offers more seafood options than its competitors. Finally, the service is great!"

"We went to Kona Grill before the Orioles game on Sunday night. The convenient location is a great feature, but the Asian Fusion menu is also fun and has lots of tempting offerings. We like the sushi rolls best. Kona makes some imaginative versions of their own that are interesting and delicious at the same time. On this occasion I had the caterpillar roll, which was filled with eel with an avocado coating made to look like a caterpillar. The casual atmosphere is welcoming to logo-dressed sports fans and kids as well as to serious diners. The bar is fantastic!"

Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab is the culmination of a partnership between Lettuce Entertain You and Joe's Stone Crab, the legendary seafood restaurant of Miami Beach. Joe's features an extensive selection of seafood, flown in fresh daily, to complement the world's finest Florida Stone Crab claws. Joe's also features signature prime steaks, hand-carved by master butchers such as our 24 oz. Bone-In Rib Eye. Matched with Joe's famous side dishes, dinner only gets better when capped with a slice of key lime pie. Enjoy a generous cocktail in the bustling lounge or the tuxedo-clad service of the clubby dining room.

"Be prepared to pay a lot at Joe's, but both the Florida and Pacific stone crabs are delicious and justify their hefty price. The service is outstanding."
