Come enjoy the tropical tastes of Cuba! Authentic home style Cuban cuisine where our customers feel as though they are eating home cooked meals that would be found in Grandma's kitchen. Cuba de Ayer is an ideal escape for a delicious cup of Cuban coffee, a Cuban grilled sandwich, followed up by something sweet like a slice of tres leches cake. mmm.... Bring your friends, family or come alone-strangers are simply friends we've yet to meet.

"I've enjoyed Cuban cuisine in Florida, the Caribbean, and in downtown D.C., but I can stay home in Montgomery County and the same great pork, chicken and fish dishes at Cuba de Ayer. Worth the trip as well for good food lovers throughout the region."

"Enjoyed brunch on the terrace. Nice touch is that the menu allows choosing your meal a la carte rather than paying for things you don't want."

Texas de Brazil is carving out a new experience in fine dining. The restaurant is an authentic Brazilian-American “Churrascaria” or steakhouse that combines the cuisines of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas. <br />Treat yourself to our 50-60 item gourmet salad area including appetizers, fresh vegetables, soups, and salads. Turn your place card to green and prepare to be swarmed by a troop of carvers generously serving various cuts of seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, all accompanied by traditional side items and house-baked Brazilian cheese bread. As your dining experience continues, let one of our in-house wine connoisseurs select the perfect pairing from our extensive, award-winning wine lists, or sip on a freshly-made signature cocktail-the Caipirinha. Complete your dining experience with one of our many decadent dessert selections, and then relax with an after-dinner drink or steaming espresso and enjoy the ambiance that is Texas de Brazil.

"We dine at Texas de Brazil often at the Fairfax, VA location, so we decided to take friends to the Salt Lake City restaurant during our visit there. It was the first time we had dined at another Texas de Brazil location, and we were happy to find that the food was just as great, and although the service was friendly, it was a little slower. The restaurant itself was smaller but inviting and comfortable. The noise level was lower than in Fairfax."
