An abundance of fresh, locally grown and farm raised food is featured at Tysons Corner's newest and exciting restaurant, härth. Celebrating modern American food that brings a fresh and contemporary approach to dining. Chef Luc at harth restaurant orchestrates a menu of locally sourced ingredients from farms scattered throughout northern Virginia’s countryside. härth also has a terrace level garden and one of the best apairies in Northern Virginia, with 4 bee hives producing our own honey. The menu features wood fired flatbreads, comfort food favorites and our signature bacon jam. Enjoy our wine list and some of our new signature honey cocktails! härth also has a great semi-private dining space perfect for business or social events. Come meet our new chef and see what the "buzz" is all about!

"My review would be higher if I had not heard from Open Table that I was a no show at this restaurant. After producing documentation, obviously, that was corrected.
Note to restaurant - When someone checks in for a reservation and the host cannot locate the reservation and I offered to ook at the reservations listed on the computer screen, show him my name and time of reservation, this should be a no brainer that someone checks in.
Service was quite good. Marcello did a nice job.
Food was good. Rockfish excellent and margherita flatbread was also. I cannot remember what my guest had, but we both enjoyed it overall.
Wine list is solid.
This restaurant is inside of a Hilton Hotel and a step above most hotel restaurants. I was in the area on business and the location was an excellent choice to meet after work."
