Lebanese Taverna creates an environment where good food is enjoyed in good company. Each restaurant is a "home away from home," even though the food and ambiance are from across the globe. Whether you are visiting for the first time, the twentieth, or have been coming to a Lebanese Taverna for over 35 years, you will feel welcomed and like a member of the family. The atmosphere is bustling and each of the restaurants has its own design and slightly different flavors. That is because the food is made fresh.

"service was top notch and went out of their way to make our group comfortable. We went with one of the group dinner options which came with 6 appetizers and two entrees for everyone to share. All of the appetizers were great and we really liked the schwarma (sp?) that came with lamb, beef, and chicken. Same variety for the kebobs we ordered as well. Great location for a group get together as something for everyone."

"The bar area was very crowded when I went in but the restaurant was fairly empty. Ordered the hearts of palm salad and the chicken taco platter. Unfortunately, the chicken tacos came about 2 minutes after the salad arrived. I did like the salad and found it a good add with the entrée, although the timing was all wrong.
The server then tried to take the salad even though I was only half done.
The chicken tacos were good but not worth a special trip. Looks like a good location to go if looking for drinks at the bar (extensive rum menu) and an appetizer.

The East Ender offers new American food with bold New England flavors specializing in slow smoked BBQ. East Ender appreciates the philosophy of nose to tale cooking. We source products from local farmers and purveyors. Quality local ingredients allow East Ender to create a menu from scratch and present it in an approachable and affordable way. Seriously good food, in a seriously casual environment. A neighborhood meeting place to enjoy house cocktails, craft-beers, and wine that caters to the cuisine. Our menu offers seasonal snacks, salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts.

"We went for dinner and sat on the second level of the restaurant. The service was good and everyone was very friendly. They have a good selection of beer and drinks on the menu. The steak was very good and cooked perfect to order. The salmon was good but lacked some overall kick to it. The chicken and waffles did not live up to the expectations but liked trying something out of the box. The base menu is solid and a good location close to the main street and the water."

For well over a century, Durgin-Park has catered to the hearty appetites of straw-hatted, white-aproned market men and local characters. Today it hosts visiting celebrities, business men and women, students, and tourists from every part of the globe. While the origin of Durgin-Park goes back to Revolutionary days, the era of fame for its chowders, Indian puddings, apple pan dowdy, johnny cake, and New England boiled dinners started some 130 years ago when John Durgin, in partnership with Eldridge Park, a livery man, and John G. Chandler, a dry goods merchant, took over. The theme followed to this day was decided upon then by these old Yankees, that the best advertising is plenty of food on the table.

"we went for a late lunch and restaurant was mostly empty. I do like the shared table set up where you are seated with other parties at long tables. The clam chowder was very good and we tried the pot of baked beans which were good as well. The lobster roll was ok and a bit pricey for what you got. The salad was fine and you are going to eat there for more the history of the location versus the food."

"The downstairs bar is very nice for drinks and we had dinner in the upstairs part of the restaurant which is a bit more formal. For appetizers we really liked the tuna, beef carpacio, and the oysters. The entrees were good but not overwhelming, the pork loin and steaks were ok and the sides were a bit hit and miss. The duck fat fries were very good."

"Cool ambiance, the oysters were really good and we like the grilled option which was surprisingly good. The fish tacos were good but not great as lacked a bit of flavor but the hamburger received top marks. The deviled egg was a nice starter for the group. Drink menu had a number of interesting options but since we went for lunch, decided to hold off on the alcohol."

"First time at the restaurant. The appetizer selection was good and we really like the mozzarella and found the pesto pizza to be ok, not great. The sea bass was very good and the scallops were good but didn't seem to be enough for a full portion. They allow you to bring your own wine but do charge a $15 corkage fee. Overall it was a good meal and liked the restaurant layout"

"We are frequent visitors to the Iron Hill and this was not one our best meals. Service was slow all night and food took much longer than expected, despite waitress telling us we were up "next". The chicken and asparagus dish was watered down in a soupy broth and the salads lacked flavor. The kids did like their pizzas but the overall wait had them struggling to enjoy the meal"

At Wild Salsa we want you to feel as comfortable as you would at home. So, andale! There are plenty of tequilas to sample, and unique salsas for tasting. Wild Salsa uses only locally grown and cultivated ingredients for a fresher, more flavorful taste. We believe every Texas town deserves an authentic Mexican restaurant. You’re with familia, so take the time to sit back, relax, have a drink or two and show us your "Wild" side.

"We really like the chicken tacos (they have 6 or 7 other taco options as well) as well as the different salsa options. The salsas are all good and most are spicy with a nice kick to them. Did not venture to the margarita menu but a couple did look like they would be added to our next trip."
