"The food and the service are consistently good. We were seated at a very nice table on the lower level by the windows overlooking the water. Unfortunately, the live music in the adjacent bar area was deafeningly loud which, made conversation a challenge. It was a Friday night, so the TGIF crowd was out in force. Something to keep in mind."

Circo offers upscale Italian fare built upon a foundation of signature Tuscan recipes from the kitchen of Maccioni matriarch Egidiana and prepared by Executive Chef Alfio Longo. The menu is served in a lively, sophisticated setting reminiscent of the old-style European circus tents which inspired the restaurant's name.<br /><br />"When we opened Circo in 1996, our business plan was simple, Dad's Hospitality, Mom's Food, run by the sons."<br /><br />Bright blue circus rings suspended with gold stars, sculptures of monkeys swinging near overhead, playful clowns dancing above the open kitchen and a ceiling hung with tapestries & trapezes all reinforce the vibrant circus theme.

Vic & Angelo's menu items are inspired by our desire to transform the American approach to fine, Italian dining into a memorable experience that pays homage to the authentic culinary traditions of Italy.<br />We have traveled the world looking for the greatest dishes and finest ingredients. We take pride in only importing the freshest products and ingredients for our culinary delights. Our sauces are made with San Marzano tomatoes imported from directly from Naples and our pizza dough contains water imported from New York.<br />Each of our signature Italian dishes are created in house, using traditional cooking methods practiced by Italians for countless generations. We even hand-make our pasta, mozzarella and sausage!<br />Our atmosphere is warm and friendly, yet elegant and refined.
