"Very interesting menu - both food and cocktails. Great location. Food was good; oysters were great. I'm sure they're still working out the kinks but our waiter was some bizarre combination of immature and cocky. He kept blaming the bartender and the kitchen for the slow service, then kept trumpeting how the restaurant is so very unique - they make their own soda, they only carry certain liquors and wines, etc. - like we were fortunate to be there. Try more humility and less "too cool for school"."

The name Hapa is derived from the Hawaiian term that describes a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures. Like our name, our food reflects this dynamic combination. The menu is based on traditional Japanese cooking fundamentals which are then amplified, muted, or mixed with influences from many different sytles of cooking until they are something completely new: they're Hapa. We have stretched the boundaries of creativity to develop dishes that defy all the rules while holding true to our roots. We hope you will find our menu innovative, uninhibited, and distinctly fun!

Welcome to Pizza Republica! The word "republic" is derived from the Latin phrase res publica, which can be translated as "a public affair". In our eyes it helps define our hospitality and passionate culinary style. Quite simply, we don't cook for us or our ego, we cook for and serve you. We strive to bring the rustic ambiance and fresh ingredient farm to table philosophy found throughout Italy, home to Colorado. We use the finest imported ingredients and century old artisan traditions to bring the definitive Neapolitan pizza experience to our guests.

"La Sandia has a great location - perched high above everything else at Park Meadows. Great views from the patio in the summertime. Food is pretty good - definitely not memorable - but lots of great tequila choice."

When a family owned restaurant has been in business for almost 40 years, they must be doing something right. Recently expanded with a beautiful patio, the Blue Bonnet has become an institution in Denver. Handmade chips and salsa, chimi changas, award-winning margaritas, flautas, chile rellenos, pollo adovado, fish tacos, and carnitas are just a few items made from scratch along with many traditional favorites. Locals, tourists, and celebrities line up for some of the freshest and best tasting Mexican food in Denver. Casual atmosphere with friendly service. If you can't go South of the border... at least head South of Alameda.

"Bluebonnet is a landmark/iconic Mexican spot in Denver. Food is good - not great; service is good - not great. One thing consistent there is the food comes out in < 5 minutes, which is always nice. The patio in the summer makes the whole program work really well as you can have a casual nice dinner outside."
