"Get there before noon and the mimosa or bloody mary is complementary! Not so simple house salad and French dip were the winners today. Their multi-server approach really helps... wonderful day to walk to Copper Canyon!"

"Once the server got our pace figured out, and we got the right cheese, all was well. Calamari is amazing as is the cheese plate to start with your sipping wine. The beet salad and Caesar salad got rave reviews . The duck and short ribs were excellent as well. Along with a Heitz 2009 Cab. A lovely 3.5 hour event."

"I've been dining here since they opened and have a regular notation of my table number preference. The hostess made me wait almost 5 minutes before she looked up and acknowledged me, took me to the bar instead of the dining room and then tried to seat me at another table after I pointed out the empty table that I usually have. By the time everything got sorted out, it was 20 minutes later and then it took another 10 minutes for anyone to come and offer me a glass of water. Fortunately my guest was late so I didn't deal with this embarrassment as it was my guest's first visit. Finally, things moved in the right direction after a horrible start indicated by the poor service rating."

"Love this place. Fabulous lunch; love the wine service approach and the ambiance is delightful. You'd drive right past this place as it looks like something out of Triple D. Quiche with fresh fruit. Leafy greens with luscious seafood. A wonderful leisurely rainy Saturday lunch. Service was absolutely on point, too."

"The problem at Blacksalt is the parking if you come before 6:30 p.m. THEN, you get the "tick tock" of being unable to be seated until the stroke of 5:30 p if you come early. If you are the first patrons of the night, DON'T seat people next to a wall. Good grief. Once we got past all this, the food is outstanding, the wines are delightful and once we got seated in the booth, we were able to catch up on the past four years."

"You can always count on a great steak at Lewnes. Service is a bit "snotty", though. Endurable, but not what you want when you are paying top dollar for beef and the experience."

"If you are from Maryland, do NOT go. The worst crab cake I've had in a restaurant. All "crab flakes", Beet salad was good, and other than the soggy crust, the lobster with black truffles was tasty. Service was totally off; server never checked in with us. This place is for tourists with deep pockets. $250 before tip for two... Disappointing."

"Once the hostess got her act together which took a LONG time, everything was great. Fortunately that only took ten minutes of our 2 hour plus dinner. Kevin is the best server there, and Rick, the owner, truly cares about providing a great experience to his guests. Lobster is always wonderful and the wine list doesn't disappoint. I was treating a dear friend and once again, The Grilled Oyster came through."

"Service was way off. Too much or not enough. A WARM bottle of red wine was brought, which we asked to have chilled. Appetizer wasn't split as asked and came WAY too early as the wine wasn't drinkable yet. $18 burger was unremarkable with a side of greens. Don't slam two giant cakes on the table and keep talking about desserts when your diners have already said they just want a cup of coffee. The only decent part of the meal was the wonderful friend I was dining with and the view. Will not come back."
