An intimate, farm driven, urban cookery.

In its most simple form, we are in the business of feeding people. A business that we love and take a great deal of pride in and an act at the core of what it is to be human. To us, there is nothing more satisfying that inviting you: our friends, family, farmers and neighbors into our home, nourishing you with soul satisfying food and allowing you to escape the rigors of daily life…if just for a short time.

To us passion, hard work and love all fall into the same category. We have taken the dichotomy of "work life' and 'real life' and distilled them into one—we live above the restaurant. The people we know and love are all around us, we share our home with them and couldn't be happier about it.

Kellari Taverna is located in the heart of New York City, three blocks from Grand Central Station, Times Square and the Theater District. The dining room decor evokes a subterranean wine cellar designed with contemporary elegance. Kellari features the traditional Greek taverna specialties, such as grilled whole fish, prime chops and meats, and an eclectic selection of contemporary Hellenic savory appetizers ("mezedes") created by our Corporate Executive Chef, Gregory Zapantis. Our menu also features a variety of Greek cheeses, baked or flamed 'Saganaki' style, as well as a selection of Raw and Marinated seafood. The Kellari dessert menu includes innovative specialties such mastiha pudding and warm sokolata with halva ice cream as as well as traditional favorites such as Baklava and Galaktoboureko. Kellari Taverna offers an extensive international wine list featuring the largest selection of Greek wines available in any U.S. restaurant. About 24 wines are available by-the-glass.

Manzanilla
Manzanilla
Contemporary Spanish cuisine by Dani Garcia

From the New York Times: "Yann de Rochefort, the owner of the Boqueria tapas bars, has joined with Dani Garcia, a Michelin two-star chef who owns Calima in Marbella, Spain, to create this spacious brasserie-style Spanish restaurant. It has an open kitchen and a look — a zigzag-pattern stone floor and wooden latticework — that channels the decorative motifs of Andalusia, in southern Spain. There’s tomato tartare, smoked octopus, pork belly on brioche, black rice with seafood, suckling pig and a deep list of sherries." - Florence Fabricant

Featured on the pages of Gourmet, Plate, New York Magazine, The New Yorker, The New York Times, Village Voice, Time Out NY and more. Appearances on the Food Network"s 'Best Thing I Ever Ate', ABC News, NY1, PBS and more. Tanoreen varies in it's fusions, but never deviates from its roots; a harmonious blend of classical Middle Eastern home-style cooking. Typically, Middle Eastern cuisine is relegated to dishes of falafel or hummus, but Tanoreen goes above and beyond to take Middle Eastern cuisine to its most traditional and innovative forms.

Devi, signifying "goddess" in the Indian language, showcases the celebrated pan Indian cuisine in its modern avatar and was the first ever Indian restaurant to get a Michelin star in the United States. The team of Kunal Lamba (GM and Culinary Director) and Chef Dheeraj Tomar is a direct import from New Delhi just like the dining room artifacts. The restaurant is designed with wood and marble brought from India and touched with vibrant color that invites guests to experience an atmosphere both elegant and whimsical.

In it's celebrated 22 years, Geronimo has established a reputation as the place to dine in Santa Fe. Tradition and innovation merge at this Canyon Road legend, where simplicity and understatement reign. New Mexico's only Mobil 4 star and AAA 4 diamond rated restaurant.
"Food was mediocre at best but the service barely rose to the level of incompetent. The hostess was not only incompetent but was also obnoxious with an arrogant attitude."
