"While they boast a collection of whiskey and scotch that is out of this world, I drank a lovely white wine and had a fabulous piece of fish. My scotch loving friends from out of town absolutely adored this place. Other than our waitress asking us every 60 seconds if we were ready to order, we had a great evening and enjoyed the food very much."

One of Seattle’s proudest traditions is the Pike Place Market, right next door. The market thrives by providing the highest quality seasonal products indigenous to the Pacific Northwest. This allows Cutters--totally remodeled in April 2012--to be directly influenced by the unique nature of the market. Because of Cutters' ongoing commitment to incorporate only the finest seasonal Northwest ingredients in all menu offerings, we can truly say: “If it’s there, it’s here."

"Took my mom to Cutters for her birthday and enjoyed the tuna tartare - amazing - followed by some fantastic fish (cod and halibut). The service was fantastic and attentive, but not overdone. If I lived in Seattle, I know I'd be a frequent guest here."

The lifestyle and food culture celebrated on an estancia, a large South American vineyard estate, is the inspiration for Victor Albisu’s flagship restaurant in the Chinatown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The airy, 174-seat agrarian space is home to a meat-driven, wine-centric menu that is a product of Albisu’s Latin American roots and travels throughout Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay.

"So many savory and sweet options made with just a touch or a lot of coco. Took friends in from out of town and they loved this place. The small plate approach gave us the option of trying many different things. Great cocktails as well."

"All they serve is their beef, so don't expect any variety in the menu. It was delicious, and the fries were yummy too. This is a restaurant to occasionally visit, just due to their limited menu. But if you're in the mood for beef in a light gravy au-jus, it's very good."
