"Went to Paladar on a Sunday night with friends. The waitress was very attentive and made excellent drink recommendations (the pomegranate ginger mojito was delish!). Had a coupon for a small guacamole (made fresh there). Got the spicy one which was just the right amount of spicy. So good, in fact, that I ordered a second one. Our friends both ordered a stew (don't remember the name of it) and said it was great. I had the shrimp taco special and it was excellent. My hubby had a mixed grill platter that looked good (and I note that he didn't leave much behind). No room for dessert though they had several offerings. I will DEFINITELY return to this restaurant (there are a ton of other things on the menu that need to be sampled)!"

Directly across from the Verizon Center, Rosa Mexicano has been serving classic Mexican cuisine for over 20 years. Try the famous guacamole, prepared tableside, & sip a frozen pomegranate margarita while enjoying the festive, stylish and comfortable ambiance.

"Ate here with a nephew and husband before going to an evening show. I will say that we were seated near the bar and it was full and a bit loud (sometimes had to raise my voice for my nephew to hear me). Love the guacamole that's made at your table (with varying degrees of heat). The marguerita special that evening was pomegranate and it was quite good! My husband and nephew both had enchiladas and they seemed to enjoy them (the plates were cleaned). I had chicken layered with tortillas and cheese and it was very good. We each had desserts -- flan, ice cream sundae, and special dessert (crepes with caramel sauce and ice cream). All were very good though I would have liked a little more caramel sauce with the crepe."
