In keeping with our tradition of seasonal transformation and discovery, Park Avenue has changed to Winter. The restaurant has received a complete overhaul-adapting the space’s décor and menu to welcome Winter. Chefs Zene Flinn and Benkei O'Sullivan created the seasonally focused American menu for Park Avenue Winter, offering innovative takes on classic dishes like Long Island Duck with Butternut Squash & Maitake Mushrooms and Everything-Crusted Branzino with Smoked Cream Cheese & Pickled Onions. In order to foster festive meals in the season of celebrating, there are dishes to be enjoyed by two, like Chateaubriand with Foie Gras Stuffing & Red Watercress and Braised Veal Shank with Parsnip Purée & Broccoli Rabe Gremolata. The dessert menu offers a variety of confections, focusing on seasonal ingredients and impeccable techniques.
