Inspired by the age of discovery and Florida"s rich history of exploration, CORSAIR by scott conant offers a seasonal and rustic menu rooted in the farmhouse cooking of Italy, France, America and the Mediterranean. Dishes follow each season, reflecting the harvest of local farmers and purveyors while putting the quality and simplicity of their ingredients center stage. The restaurant overlooks the eighteenth hole of one of the two championship courses at Turnberry Isle Resort Miami.

"After reading article in local magazine about Scott Conant'sphilosophy on the importance of service and food, we were disappointed. We made a special trip to dine there and found the eggplant appetizer that is his specialty to be bitter because the skin was left on or not prepped properly. The cocktails ordered upon arrival were not served until the ENTREE course. The snapper entree was just ok, lacking flavor. (Another couple nearby waited over an hour for their entrees to arrive. )
The music was very loud and the selections were not conducive to relaxed dining, more for a young, bar scene.
Although this was an evening when Scott Conant was there, he seemed focused only on the media who were there to evaluate the restsurant and did not do much near the kitchen or acknowledge other diners there.
For the price, they need to get their act together to compete with places such as J&G Grill where everything was perfection."

"From the moment we arrived at this restaurant located in St Regis Hotel in BAL Harbour, we received personalized attention. Perfect window table overlooking the ocean, excellent cocktail, interesting menu and presentations. We had stone crab dumplings as appetizer which were excellent and red snapper and sea bass which were prepared to perfection.
Maitre. D came over to table to see how we liked everything,,addressed us by name as well as when we left.
Extremely professional service in a romantic setting."
