Located in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood, Del Frisco's occupies three floors of the former Esquire Theater. The restaurant features stunning interiors that preserve the landmark theater's historic architectural elements and simultaneously offers guests a modern yet inviting environment. Guests can choose from a variety of dining spaces and will have ample options for private and semi-private events.

"This was our first visit to Del Frisco's and it was fabulous! It was my partner's birthday, and they even gave him a free chocolate soufflé. Our server was Ashley, and she was spot on. We'll definitely be back, and have already told friends about our experience. Top Notch!"

Morton's The Steakhouse, the nation's premier steakhouse group, specializes in classic, hearty fare, serving generous portions of USDA prime aged beef, as well as fresh fish, lobster and chicken entrees. The menu features a variety of favorite cuts, including a 24 ounce porterhouse, which is the house specialty; a 16 ounce New York Strip and a 12 ounce double cut filet.

"The filet was cooked to perfection, and melted like butter in our mouths! The onion bread is to die for. Overall, and wonderful meal, and deal. We will be back."

Inspired by the work of Adolf Loos whose "American Bar" was designed & built in early twentieth century Vienna. The bar captured an elegance in simplicity; a style that greatly influenced the work of Frank Lloyd Wright & other American architects in the "prairie school". Stone, glass, brass & wood bathed in natural light, presence in the neighborhood is welcomed & profound.
LUXBAR as a neighborhood saloon is designed to convey that same simple elegance. The food is feel-good fresh, natural & easily understood. Artisanal in style, the menu reflects what the partnership views as an accessible cornucopia of what you might eat on just any occasion. The specialty cocktails are from natural, fresh ingredients: simple elegance.
The staff at LUXBAR is trained in the customer care philosophy that has made Gibson’s Steakhouse & Hugo's Frog Bar famous for legendary service.
Reservation requests for patio seating are not accepted. Patio seating is first come, first serve.

From the kitchen to the bar, everything we serve is defined by a passion for exploring unique flavor combinations. Wood is more than a name: our wood-fired oven is at the heart of it all, mustering a dynamic menu of small-plate, American fare, made with the best ingredients the season has to offer. Though the dishes regularly change, they are defined by a few constants: meat is butchered in-house from humanely-raised animals; vegetables are drawn from family farms like Green Acres (North Judson, IN), Three Sisters (Kankakee, IL), and Spence Farm (Fairbury, IL); herbs are picked directly from Wood’s private garden; and all pasta and sausage are freshly made, straight from the Wood kitchen to the plate. We bring the same attention to quality and taste to Backwoods, our late-night Belgian fry pick-up window. Made from hand-cut Kennebec potatoes, twice-fried in the traditional Belgian style, and served with your choice of a dozen different house-made sauces, these aren’t your average f

"Food was excellent, but portions were extremely small, for $28. entrees....no bread service. Waiter came by once, and asked us how the food was, but never came back to refill water, never asked us if we wanted a 2nd drink, or offer dessert menu. We wont be back."
