Rasika, which is derived from Sanskrit meaning "flavors,” is the award-winning modern Indian restaurant owned by Ashok Bajaj. Leading the kitchen is Group Executive Chef Vikram Sunderam, a 2012 nominee for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic from the James Beard Foundation. Rasika has consistently earned four stars in the coveted Dining Guide of The Washington Post, and is in the top tier of Washingtonian magazine’s annual “100 Best.” Esquire magazine named it among the country’s best new restaurants in 2008 and Food & Wine magazine also stated that Rasika is “One of the hottest restaurants in the world.” Rasika showcases authentic Indian fare prepared on the Tawa (griddle), Sigri (open barbeque), as well as Tandoori and regional dishes. The restaurant is also noted for its international wine list, innovative cocktails and intimate, plush dining room. For private dining, Rasika has an exclusive space that can seat up to 16 guests and a semi-private area for up to 28.

"For first time diners the tasting menu offered a great cross section of the menu. Our favorite dish was the black cod, cooked to perfection.
Even the leftovers we took home were delicious a day later!"

"Great attention paid to quality ingredients and proper preparation. Table of four had mussels, steak, pork chop and fish and we all exclaimed on how GOOD it tasted and how well the textures had been developed. My mussels in white wine were plump and the broth delicious. The frites stayed crisp and hot throughout my meal. Great restaurant to meet friends and enjoy good food."

In a casual yet elegant atmosphere, set in a recently remodelled century old historic train station, Claire's passion is great food and outstanding service. Offering contemporary American cuisine - local, seasonally focused - with a Southern flaire. The renovation honors the historic character of the Warrenton Train Depot, resulting in a warm, comfortable environment for casual meetings with friends, or special occasions and intimate family meals. The warm, elegant Garden Room provides seating for intimate meals, while the Tavern Room features a more casual dining experience in luxurious surroundings. A rotating selection of craft beers is available on tap, and the wine service is regularly expanded. Outdoor dining is available in season, and private events can be hosted in one of several areas in the restaurant. Awarded "Best of Warrenton" every year since 2006.

"We were on a wedding dress quest. We were tired, hungry and frustrated with the rain. Checked Open Table for San Mateo lunch spots and selected Central Park Bistro--and became delighted with our decision. They make a wicked Irish Coffee (and have a good beer selection), the mushroom pizza was hot, crisp and delish and their dark chocolate gelatto was heavenly. My friends had pasta selections and were equally pleased.
Our waiter was just wonderful. He had a delightful sense of humor and made us feel so relaxed."

"The staff is very pleasant but service is very disjointed. The wait between arrival / seating and receiving our orders was too long. The food was good but overpriced in view of portion size and presentation--the scallops are driving this comment. Ambiance is nice but service just doesn't support the pricing"
