Niche opened in August of 2006 with the goal of creating the best possible dining experience. We provide quality food, wine and service in an elegant, yet comfortable setting. Niche fosters relationships with local growers and suppliers in order to highlight the freshest Midwestern produce and products.<br /><br />General Manager and Wine Director Vince Balistreri has created an award winning wine list featuring mostly limited production, boutique and cult wines that highlight the best there is. Niche Restaurant was recently rewarded the prestigious "Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator magazine in 2010.

L'Eiffel Bistrot has assembled a strong and energetic team to guarantee you a unique dining experience. It is their dedication to detail that makes L'Eiffel Bistrot grand.<br /><br />L'Eiffel Bistro and Creperie's Cuisine ...<br />is based on authenticity, creativity and quality of product. They stay true to the classical preparations of Bistrot dishes, but also introduce "nouvelle cuisine" to keep their customers enthused. L'Eiffel uses locally grown and organic produce whenever possible, and all of their cooking is from scratch. The food quality and standards are as fresh and as high as possible.

"The only aspect of this dining experience better than the food was our waiter, TRENT! He was energetic and informative without being intrusive! Food, sole and snapper meuniere, were outstanding. We called because we were late for reservation on Saturday, handled easily by Logan. Had 8PM theater, handled by Trent. Looking forward to next visit!"
