Mignonette is a Miami oyster bar brought to you by Chef Daniel Serfer and Ryan Roman. We have a great selection of oysters, seafood, veggies and prime rib.<br /><br />Daniel Serfer, a Miami native, opened his first restaurant, Blue Collar, in January 2012. Frequented by locals and visitors alike, Blue Collar offers American comfort food in a casual setting attached to a hooker motel.<br /><br />Drawing on the success of Blue Collar, Mignonette provides an approachable, fun environment where patrons can enjoy a dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne, classic seafood preparations like Oysters Rockefeller and Clams Casino, and a kickass prime rib. Once again driven to create the kind of restaurant he enjoys, Serfer is excited to bring a unique oyster bar experience to the guests who have made Blue Collar so popular. This new spot isn’t attached to a hooker motel, but since oysters are an aphrodisiac, you may end up back at the motel when all is said and done.

"FINALLY a great Oyster bar, seafood and fish restaurant in Miami! We had Oysters - excellent, the crudo appetizer was the best ever tasted and the whole black bass was superbly prepared to perfection. Being a Mainer I had to try the Lobster Roll. The lobster was served on a homemade buttered & grilled (without crushing it) brioche roll with butter. Best I've had (outside of 1 other place in Maine). We shared a bottle of Sancerre and had the Bread pudding for dessert, which was again -perfectly prepared and uniquely served with cayenne whipped cream. Sides were also very good. We've found a great spot and will be back.....soon."

"This is not gourmet fare BUT it IS very good homemade cooking prepared and dished nicer than expected and with a good bar if you have to wait. The wine list is weak so we just had liqour, which is a shame. It may seem like a complaint because the service to order is slow as they only had 2 waiters for the entire place - but be patient - once the drink order and food order are given it moves right along. We were 4 and had the brick chicken which the ladies loved and 2 pasta dishes - both prepared well. We WILL be back, which is the best compliment possible."

"Best Manhattan ever- the cherries were special. I've been here several times and usually disappointed but wife and I decided to eat lighter at the bar and give it a try - again. We each had the petite filet and it was both delicious and prepared perfectly. Again - the Manhattans were amazing....well be back."

"The pizza is excellent - the drinks & wine list are well represented - the fish & pasta dinners (except 1 of the 6 had lamb that was overcooked & dry) was excellent BUT somehow this otherwise excellent restaurant wants to freeze the patrons out! I only had a sweater and it wasn't enough...so next time I'll bring a parka! ALL 6 of us left shivering....but the food was excellent and you won't be disappointed. I'm hoping they fix the climate control ...."
