"An interesting concept with all menu items less than 475 calories. Fair selection of items. Flatbreads are particularly good. However the service was poor at best. It was over an hour from the time we were seated until we received our entrees. Took 20 minutes to get the check after we asked for it. Given Seasons is part of a very large national chain I would think they should have better service standards. The restaurant has been open long enough to iron out startup problems. This is a management problem."

The signature dish at Legal Sea Foods – really fresh fish.

One of our first restaurants and still a popular lure, we are located on Route 9 in the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center. We are still keeping things fresh at our bar, our open dining room and in our take-out counter and Fish Market.

Legal Sea Foods has long proven that a consistent, high quality dining experience never goes out of style. With over 40 varieties of fresh fish and shellfish available throughout the year as well as an award-winning wine list, there’s no doubt why legions of fans have fallen hook, line and sinker.

We’ve received a boatload of accolades including “#1 Best Seafood Restaurant” (USA Today, 2013), “Most Popular Boston Restaurant” (Zagat, 2012/2013), “Best Seafood Restaurant” (Improper Bostonian, 2010), “Best Chowder” (Boston Magazine, 2010) and the honor of serving our legendary New England Clam Chowder at every presidential inauguration since 1981.

Since the opening of Masona Grill in Spring 2006, chef/owner Manuel Sifnugel continues to challenge the boundaries of dining pleasure. Having created a unique dining experience with his previous restaurant Claremont Café, a long time South End favorite, Manuel has introduced the Parkway area and beyond to a fine New American cuisine with Mediterranean influence. Cilantro, lime, cumin, mint and ginger are key ingredients in Manuel’s cooking. His eclectic fare extends to the design and ambience of the restaurant. Colorful artwork, contemporary fixtures, hardwood floors and trendy pillows create a cozy yet upscale dining experience in a neighborhood restaurant.

Another Milestone for the Papakonstantinou family! Charlie Papakonstantinou, who has co-owned The Maugus Restaurant since 1980 with his family in Wellesley, MA, has just opened up his new restaurant with his wife Camille, called Milestone. Charlie and his Milestone staff are looking to bring the same tradition of great quality food and service with a southern european flare. Come and experience these exquisite dishes that chef Gabriele Stipo has created.

"Have gone here a few times. Seems to be on a downward path. Menu has changed. A number of menu items were crossed out. That is never a good sign......"

Set in a Spanish Artist's loft, CAFÉ TU TU TANGO evokes a time when artists found inspiration and community in sharing food, drink and philosophy with one another. The bohemian lifestyle fashioned life as a grand celebration, a feast of the senses to be shared and treasured. Together, artists found kinship over meals shared, over drink, music, and conversation.

One of the things that truly makes CAFÉ TU TU TANGO unique is our menu. Not only does our scratch kitchen serve up creative fare that captures exotic flavors from around the world, but we do so with appetizer-style portions that are meant to be shared. Choose an array of dishes for your table, and let the party enjoy them communally. Experience a spectrum of the world's most tantalizing tastes together. Savor both the food and the company. This is what life is all about. Come in and join the party!

"I really like the food at Tu Tu. Unfortunately I only get to try a little of it at a time. The soup was so filling I had little room for anything else. What I did have was very good. You either love or hate the crowded, noisy flashy atmosphere with the artwork on the walls all for sale. But that's why you go to Tu Tu."

"Food was good but not great. Mousakkah was fair, layers were thick and not particularly flavorful. Gyro was good. Prices were reasonable. Service was OK."

City Landing is a contemporary, upscale-casual restaurant located at 255 State Street, serving lunch and dinner seven days a week with Sunday brunch. Forbes Four-Star award winning Chef/Owner Bill Brodsky prepares contemporary American cuisine that meets an energetic and casually sophisticated design, care of Boston's Stephen Sousa. Open airy windows overlook Long Wharf and the Rose Kennedy Greenway; just seconds away from Faneuil Hall, the NE Aquarium and Harbor. A convivial and comfortable setting sees splashes of mint green and rich mahogany, accented by natural quartz stone inlaid with mosaic glass tiles and chic high end lighting. The menu features a large variety of American fare including thoughtful seafood dishes, artisan pizzettas, creative salads and a bounty of carefully crafted entrees produced from locally indigenous ingredients. The bar features small plate tapas, specialty cocktails, local distilleries, local brews on tap, and a reasonably priced wine list.

"We have eaten at Red Lantern a number of times and never been disappointed. You have to know that portions are generous. Really good for groups. You should not order one entrée per person or you will be swimming in food. Dishes are interesting. Read some negatives about service. Granted they were not busy, but service was outstanding. Server was attentive. Water glass was always refilled without asking."

Description: What does creative casual cuisine mean? Exactly what it says. We"re creative, because we reject the same-old-same-old in favor of tastes that are interesting and unique. We're casual because while our food may be worth getting dressed up for, we invite you to come as you are. We're all about cuisine in the sense that our chefs apply high standards of culinary art. There it is. Creative. Casual. Cuisine. If it sounds like your kind of place, then you – like us- are not your average Joe.

Co-Owners Brian Piccini and Executive Chef Christopher Coombs are proud of their award winning Restaurant & Bar, Deuxave in the Back Bay. The inspiration behind the restaurant’s American Nouveau Cuisine is seasonality, with a focus on working with the finest farms and purveyors, sourcing out the freshest, local ingredients and amplifying their magnificence. The cuisine is strongly rooted in the nouvelle techniques of contemporary French cuisine, married with the splendor of American ingredients in a refined, but casual setting. Deuxave’s (pronounced doo-ave) name plays homage to its location at the corners of Commonwealth Ave and Massachusetts Ave.

"Deuxave is definitely one of the best restaurants in Boston. The space is very well done with private nooks and a great fireplace. The food is excellent. The best duck confit I have ever had. Plates are interesting with a number of tastes in each dish. The chocolate crème dessert was outstanding. Again a contrast in tastes and work of art. Great place for special occasions."
