Father and Son Team create a unique Italian dining experience, serving Las Vegas for over 20 years. Son, Mimmo, grew up in the business and, after graduating from C.C.A, he went to Italy. There he worked with some great chefs in Tuscany. He and Father Gino, created a menu to satisfy the most discerning palates with such Award-Winning dishes as; Osso Buco, Lamb Chops, Prime Steaks, Rabbit, Mediterranean Fish, Pastas and Breads made on the premises. Also Momma Ferraro's Potato Gnocchi. While Mimmo is minding the kitchen, Gino works the dining room and visits with all the clients. His specialty is to recommend Italian wines from his Award-Winning "Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence" Wine List, which features approx.900 wines with the "Most Diversified Italian Collection in the U.S.", also a lge. selection of Cal.,France & Australia. Many stars have dined at Ferraro's. When people come to Ferraro's, we create a relationship of trust in their dining experience.

"It has become difficult to find a good restaurant near the Strip but not in one of those smoky, noisy, and over-priced options in the casinos/hotels. Fortunately Ferraro's has survived and is still a great choice for very good Italian food, with lovely indoor and outdoor seating and excellent service. The wine list is very good, and the pastas are excellent. The location on Paradise @ Harmon is very convenient but apart from the disappointing options in the hotels. Ferraro's is not cheap, but it is an excellent value for the quality, quantity, and ambience."

The Bombay Club emulates characteristics of the old clubs of India. The elegant environment with pale pastels, ceiling fans, and a profusion of greenery is designed to create a warm and inviting gathering place for relaxation and regeneration. The cuisine is the finest of India, utilizing only the best quality ingredients to create a harmony of subtle flavors. Specialties prepared by Executive Chef Nilesh Singhvi, include tandoori salmon and green chili chicken. The sophisticated cuisine is enhanced by refine service and live piano music. Distinguished Restaurant of North America Award.

"Once again we chose Bombay Club for a special occasion and were not disappointed. The decor and ambience are lovely. The service is professional and knowledgable. And the food is excellent, for all fans of Indian cuisine. They have unusual items not available on most indian menus. The bread is particularly delicious without being greasy. Be sure to order the chutneys as they compliment the foods nicely especially if you order spicy dishes. If you are celebrating a birthday, sit near the piano and they play Happy Birthday when they bring your complementary dessert."

NOW OPEN FOR BRUNCH ON SUNDAYS

“Start early, finish late …” Welcome to Policy Restaurant and Lounge
Our idea for Policy, is to be the first and final stop of the evening.

One of DC’s hottest Restaurant and Lounge, located in the vibrant U Street neighborhood, this upscale diner motif like main floor, Love Dining Room and the airy second floor, the Liberty Lounge, this space extends the sentiment of being free and savvy. Decorated with brilliant chandeliers and art work by Andrew funk and Drew Nussbaum, Policy offers two levels of charm and class in a hip and inviting environment.

The restaurant provides an intimate feel not only for couples but for a group of people catching up. We’ve taken Global Flavors and infused them with American cuisine adding a unique spin.

"Our first visit to Policy won't be our last, but next time will be for half price wine on Wednesdays. The wine prices by bottle are too high for the wines they offer and the storage they use (warm reds). The food overall was quite good and the variety of options was excellent including many vegetable choices. Portion size is good, including happy hour servings which were more generous than expected based on the waiter's description. HH lasts until 8 and is an excellent option for pre-theater. We recommend the skirt steak, scallop trio, lentils, green beans and the quinoa salad, but not the slider due to inferior roll. Our waiter, John, was excellent - pleasant, attentive and knowledgable. Policy is a good choice in the U st. area."

"The first reason to choose Curious Grape over the other restaurants in Shirlington is the wine. They have the best wine list (beer, too, I gather from those who prefer beer) and also the best advice on wine pairings from the senior staff. The food is reliably good especially since late last year with the arrival of the new chef. Most of the portions have increased in size and the choices have expanded as well to accommodate a wider variety of tastes and diets. The cheese courses remain an additional reason to opt for CG. They offer exciting tastes and balance and of course pair brilliantly with the wines. The ambience and perfect sound level further warrant choosing CG. Why can't more restaurants figure out this acoustical balance?"

"We tried Commissary because our usual choice, sister-restaurant Logan Tavern was not available. Turns out Commissary provides an equally positive experience. The menu has great variety and executes it all well, from vegan lentil soup to penne with cream sauce and bacon. The wine list is surprisingly good and very well-priced. Unfortunately the wine is not properly stored which damages otherwise excellent reds. They offer wine by the glass and glass-and-a-half as well as by the bottle. Our waiter was terrific, way above the usual wait-staff in typical pubs. We had no problem getting and enjoying our food with plenty of time before our excellent show at Studio ("Tribes" - highly recommended). Very good and convenient choice."

"Muze is a huge improvement over its predecessors at Mandarin Oriental, which were dreadful compared to the original mid-priced restaurant when Mandarin first opened. For those of us who work in the neighborhood (12th st. SW), this is the only option for lunch other than fast food and sandwich places. The menu is varied and everything is well-executed from quality ingredients. The views of the river are lovely. It's a bit noisy but not unbearable. The service is gracious and professional if somewhat obsequious at times. The wines are lovely if you can indulge mid-day. The problem is the prices are aimed at expense accounts and the portions are a bit small for the price."

Welcome to Beckett's. We have taken a great deal of time and effort to try and create an authentic Irish Pub. Our menu is a collaboration of items from old Ireland to modern Ireland. We are trying to present to you an example of what we loved to eat growing up in Ireland and what is now popular from some of our favorite haunts back home. We promise to offer you the freshest produce, and source as much as we can from local suppliers. We have a mixture of staff from local talent, to staff that we brought over from Ireland. We would like you to think of us as your stepping stone to Ireland. Our ambassadors will try and answer all your questions on Ireland while serving you great comfort food and premium drinks in a warm environment.

"We are never disappointed at Beckett's. It's the best option for a satisfying meal before the show at Signature (e.g., Gypsy, which is great BTW) or for a relaxing evening outside in the warm weather. Burgers, salads, fish cakes, even soup are all surprisingly good. Irish beer aplenty, good wines, and consistently fine service, often by men and women from Ireland. Their charm, accents, and skills add to the welcoming ambience."

Recipient of numerous awards for culinary excellence, the restaurant is known as one of the finest dining establishments on America’s east coast serving fresh seafood by the waterway. It is a well-known fact that Blue Moon offers the finest waterfront dining in Fort Lauderdale and is in the top tier of acclaimed restaurants within the entire South Florida region.

Blue Moon's elegant interior dining room is decorated in authentic Art Deco style with high ceilings, inlaid wood, carved accents and frosted art glass partitions featuring an underwater theme.

There's nothing quite as magical as enjoying an expertly crafted gourmet meal on the Blue Moon terrace where the boats pass by in graceful motion throughout the day and night.

"Blue Moon is popular and therefore crowded and a bit loud, but with the view of the Intracoastal and the excellent food, it's easy to understand why this is a top choice. The wine list was good and varied and not over priced. The bread accompanied by roasted garlic is sensational. And the fish is very fresh and well-prepared. Our waiter, though harried by many customers, was friendly and knowledgeable. If you prefer a more serene experience, pick a weeknight and try to get a table along the water. Great and reliable choice for the FLL experience."

In some schools of thought, conventional wisdom will lend itself to Mexican food being tacos and burritos, with chips and salsa on the tables when you arrive. Eduardo de San Angel defies conventional wisdom bringing Mexican food to a higher and more refined level. Chef/owner Eduardo Pria and his unique blend of true to form traditional Mexican sauces and meticulous preparation of the freshest foods have won many awards. Here at ESA you will experience Eduardo"s passion for food and the charm of the dining rooms fashioned after a small hacienda, with fresh flowers, candlelight and unique artwork, transporting you to a village just outside of Mexico City. Eduardo de San Angel is a destination restaurant for sophisticated diners from all over the globe when visiting South Florida. Rated one of the best restaurants in the country and tops in South Florida for food and service, Eduardo and his staff are; dedicated active participants of the perpetuation in the art of fine dining.

"This is not at all a typical USA Mexican restaurant. This is more like a fine restaurant in Mexico City but with a USA style wine list. We ate here 4 years ago and were wowed and again this time. All flawless: food, service, ambience. It's a pity not to eat outside but worth it to have food this good. No mis-steps. High prices but a good value. Fish, meat, salads, wine, desserts, just the best."
