Enjoy our new menu from our Tampa Channelside restaurant’s relaxed settings. Our menu takes inspiration and guidance from the seasons. We pride ourselves on celebrating the local bounty through recognizable favorites with commitment and respect …. That simple! Many of our ingredients are grown in our very own garden. The Waterside Grill is perfect for a casual breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Located inside the Tampa Marriott Waterside hotel, we offer waterviews and outside patio seating. Also, a private dining room with waterviews for parties of 10 to 50 persons.

"We arrived at 7:45 for a party of 10 people. The hotel was busy and two additonal tables of 10 sat down in other areas of the restaurant from the convention. As you guess, it all fell apart and the dinner went from a one hour dinner to three hour dinner and the food was poor. This restaurant is at a hge Marriott resort and they should be prepared for large parties and dinners should move smoothly. Thier excuse was we weren't ready for three tables of 10. Excuse me, I made reservations for a table of 10 and they should have known.
Not impressed!!!!"

Red Ginger is more than just a place to eat. It is an elevated entertainment experience! There is energy in Red Ginger’s dining room unlike any other location in Northern Michigan. The lively design and metropolitan atmosphere will transport you. Our exceptionally talented and welcoming staff will remind you that you are as close to home as you will ever be.

The Dredge is a two million pound floating restaurant designed as a replica of one of Summit County's largest and longest operating dredges. Their entrees range from pasta and seafood to steak dishes. The Dredge offers a full bar and a children's menu is available.

"We had a party of seven for dinner and mix results across the board for food and service. Why I named the review Nickel & Dime you was they wanted to up-charge you for every addition or change in the order. We ordered Pita Spinach Dip and it came with very few Pita chips. We finished the Pita chips and there was plenty of dip left . We asked for more Pita and it was an up-charge of $1.50 per Pita. "PER PITA-REALLY". Unfortunately the waiter did not make you feel welcome and it is what it is.......
Overall the restaurant was average and it tells me a lot about the restaurant when Open Table has multiple time slot available on the day of reservations for every time. Great history for the restaurant and fun to know about but eat else where."
