Culinary experts agree that the art of barbecuing had it's origins in the Caribbeans. Europeans, especially in the southern American colonies, quickly adopted the practice of roasting meat in a pit and organizing celebrations around the event.Such social occasions attracted many Virginians, including George Washington, who frequently attended barbecues and sometimes hosted them. Today, we continue the tradition. We've created signature sauces for our barbecue and added a "new" American favorite - hand tossed pizza and kids get to make their own pizza. It's a combination that would make the founders shout HUZZAH!
