"The food was outstanding with a definite southern flair. There were a lot of nice touches and wonderful combinations of mains with sides. Our waitress was terrific. It was our first time here and I thought the restaurant might match the ambiance of the hotel itself - upscale and interesting. The restaurant decor was bland at best and over the top in the noise category with both bar and piped in music that we had to shout over. I'd go again for the food - or maybe just get it as carry out!!"

"This was our first visit and it was a crowded friday night. We were seated promptly but they seemed short staffed. Our waitress was a gem and did let us know the kitchen was swamped and promptly brought a bread basket. The ambiance is more appealing outside than it, but OK. The food, however, was exceptional and, after all, that is why we went. We had the best mussels (in a Drambuie broth) that we'd ever had. Two guests had tuna as their main and it was great. Another guest had the duck, also great, but the brocollini was a little tough. I had the sea bass and it was exceptional-crispy seared on the outside, tender and moist on the inside served on a bed of spaghetti squash."
