Bazille is a stylish, yet comfortable restaurant featuring a contemporary American interpretation of classic bistro cuisine. The exhibition kitchen provides a stage for chefs to prepare uniquely designed dishes creating an energetic environment. Perfect for a sophisticated evening on the town, dinner between shopping and a movie or a quick family meal, Bazille can meet all of your dining needs. A step above your typical dining expectation, the wait staff is knowledgeable with a passion for attentive service. Start your experience with signature asparagus tempura followed by traditional chicken pommes frites, filet bordelaise or jumbo lump crab cake. Top off your meal with house made desserts including white chocolate bread pudding. The menu is complimented by a well-chosen selection of hand-crafted cocktails and wines, many available by the glass, that pair well with the menu. Bazille looks forward to serving you soon.

"Although having booked, it's difficult to extract people from their seats, so we waited an unusually long time before being seated, but not due to the fault of the Bistro,
Once seated, the service and food was, as always, excellent!"

Sapphire Boca Raton is the latest and most enthralling new venture by NJ/NY based Indian Cuisine Restauranteur Raju Brahmbhatt. Indian Cuisine, the food from the Indian subcontinent in Asia is primarily characterized by the extensive use of various spices, herbs and other vegetables and sometimes fruits. The subcontinent is as diversified in its culinary traditions as its languages and religions, thus, include a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques. As a consequence, it varied from region to region, reflecting the varied demographics. The idea behind this concept is to show Floridians something that reflects modern India in terms of design, ambiance, and cuisine.

"After residing in the UK for many years, and frequenting good Indian restaurants on a regular basis, we've had intermittent success with finding a good Indian restaurant in the Boca/Delray area, without having to travel to one of the best on this coast, located in WPB, "Taste of India."
We ate at Sapphire months ago, shortly aftter their opening, and were very pleased with the food, ambience, service, etc., and thought we finally found our "neighborhood" Indian restaurant, and returned a short time afterwards.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed in that the portion size, although not looking for large portions, were cut dramatically, but the flaor of the food was excellent, the service okay, and we decided we'd give it another try.
This last time, the manager introduced us to the waiter, his first day on the job, and you can tell without having been advised of this, that he was a novice, at least to Indian cuisine. He neglected to ask whether we would like our food served hot, medium, or mild in regard to spices and, admittedly we forgot to mention this to him. Consequently, the food, 4 different dishes, came out bland, and almost tasteless for the four of us, and when it was mentioned, instead of offering new servings, the waiter brought some chopped hot green peppers to add to the food, which certainly was not appropriate, nor did it help. So....! The restaurant is beautiful, has so much potential, and we're upset in that the food is mediocre at best, and feel that they need to put some more time in to planning their dishes properly, not use one or two of the same spices for all dishes, and pass it off as authentic! Sad! But, one can live in hope!!"
