The contemporary American menu from acclaimed Executive Chef Aaron Brooks highlights seasonal ingredients sourced by top local producers complemented by spices, peppers and herbs from the restaurant’s garden. An expansive outdoor oasis at EDGE features a gorgeous patio complete with relaxing fire pits, shimmering candles and lush greenery overlooking Miami cityscape and glittering Biscayne Bay. The restaurant's buzzy vibe, combined with the welcoming, lounge atmosphere on the al fresco patio, makes EDGE a great destination for happy hour, post-work stress relief and office soirees.

"Eat here regularly always have the Tomahawk cant go wrong!
Food is organic and locally sourced. The five star treatment is above and beyond. If you are in Brickell this restaurant is a must!

Born in Chiang Rai, Thailand, Executive Chef Piyarat Arreeratn a.k.a. Bee moved to the United States to broaden his culinary skills. Chef Bee worked for Nobu Matsuhisa at Nobu Miami Beach in the Shore Club with many great chefs well trained by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Chef Bee also worked with talented local Chef Kevin Cory of NAOE. Thoroughly imbued by this discipline, Bee found the confidence to tackle his first experience as an Executive Chef at Oishi Thai in North Miami Beach year 2005. This was following a memorable experience at the eternally posh Nobu in South Beach. More information coming soon.

"Got to try this place out. If you are in the mood for great Italian unlike other south florida restaurants, this is the spot.
The Octopus Appetizer is probably the best in Miami. The Masheroni Zuchero unbelievable!

"Great Tasting Menu _ Highly recommended. You can try anything on the Tasting Menu Unlimited Quantities for $61!
Great Selection! I did find most of the food did have a lot of salt. So its probably not good for you but I do think the sampler option is the best
way to go.

"Chef Aaron does it again. Great steaks, carpaccios, good mix drinks as well. Their menu isn't extensive but whatever you choose its always a solid dish. Lots of flavor, fresh organic ingredients, and cooked to perfection. One of my favorite spots."
