"Sel & Poivre is the place to take friends for excellently prepared bistro favorites--try the roast duck--in a cozy atmosphere. The staff is uniformly welcoming and the service is excellent."

"Chateau on the Lake fancies itself an upscale restaurant with $45-$50 entrees but the night we were there I discovered a piece of plastic in my risotto and asked the waiter what it could be. He never returned with an answer and when he came to clear I asked again. He told me the kitchen had no idea, he never apologized on behalf of the restaurant and he certainly took nothing off the bill. I don't think I've ever seen this behavior in a good restaurant and I would avoid this restaurant."

The Bar Room is a gastropub specializing in american comfort food boasting an ecclectic wine list, a nice selection of small batch spirits and an all domestic craft beer list on draught and in the bottle.

"Getting to the back room is essential if you don't want to lose your hearing! The food was okay and the drinks generous but this is not a place for people very interested in food quality, but in meeting friends and others after work."
