wd~50 offers fine dining in a casual atmosphere on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The restaurant is open for dinner five nights a week from 6pm to 10pm, and offers two tasting menus: twelve courses for $155, and five courses for $90 featuring classic dishes from past menus. Bar diners can enjoy either tasting menu or select two courses from the menus (sweet or savory items) for $25; additional courses can be added for $15 per course. We no longer offer an a la carte menu. Wylie Dufresne, Sous Chef Sam Henderson and Pastry Chef Malcolm Livingston II serve modern American cuisine renowned for its flavor, sophistication, and innovation. The dining room seats 70 and the private dining room 14 people. wd~50 has a Michelin star and in March of 2008 was awarded three stars by Frank Bruni of the New York Times.<br /><br />

With the addition of a handsome new cocktail bar, and a newly-crafted menu db bistro serves updated bistro classics with a modern twist and market-driven French-American cuisine. <br /> <br />Located one block East of Times Square, db bistro is the perfect spot for pre- and post-theater dining, a Midtown business lunch or breakfast 'L'Express' of cappuccino and viennoisserie at the bar. A $48 pre-theater prix-fixe dinner menu is available in addition to a full a la care menu. The Lunch Prix Fixe menu will have you back to your desk of off to a matinee quickly and affordably.<br /><br />DB is happy to host large parties and private events from 14-165 guests.

The 56-seat neighborhood spot is a modern interpretation of a public house, offering casual food, well-crafted cocktails and an extensive selection of intriguing and affordable wines. In the spirit of every great pub, guests are welcomed to drop in for anything from a drink and a quick bite on the way home after work, to joining with friends or family in sharing a meal.<br /><br />Chef Wylie Dufresne, along with Executive Chef Jon Bignelli, apply innovative techniques in the kitchen at Alder, taking familiar dishes and flavor combinations and presenting them in their own unique style, celebrating New York City’s diverse food culture in the process. Dufresne and Bignelli find their inspiration in their metropolitan surroundings: New York is a city where we can source the best ingredients from around the world and turn them into something distinctly American.

Welcome to Sushi of Gari! This restaurant is the original restaurant specializing in the wonderful taste of Gari Signature Sushi by Masatoshi GARI Sugio. This restaurant is rather a small establishment, but we offer an amazing Sushi as well as many traditional Japanese dishes. In addition to many very fresh authentic Japanese Sushi, let us surprise you by Gari's originality: some area slightly cooked, or marinated, and served with a variety of home-made sauces or other delicacies which enhance the daily marketfs freshest seafood, many of which are from Japan especially for Sushi of Gari.

Diners should be aware there is not an a la carte menu for parties of 5 and larger. A 5 course Il Menu Del Posto and an 8 course Captain's menu are available for these parties. <br /><br />Del Posto respectfully requests that gentlemen refrain from wearing shorts, sandals, sleeveless shirts, and baseball caps. Most men choose to wear jackets, but jackets are not required. <br /><br />--<br /><br />Del Posto is the first Italian restaurant in almost 40 years to be awarded 4 stars from the New York Times. Del Posto is the ultimate expression of what an Italian restaurant should be. We can best be described as an evolution of cuisines, menus, service, and ambiance that have characterized the history of the Italian dining experience in this country. Celebrate Italian viticulture with Del Posto's Wine Director Jeff Porter, on Saturdays from 1pm to 2pm. 5 wines for $5, now through Labor Day.
