Xtra's is a locally owned restaurant with the area's only balcony overlooking Cary Street. Located in Carytown above Bangles and Beads, Xtra's provides sophisticated dining with a laid back atmosphere. Specializing in flatbread pizzas, specialty salads with house dressings, and a variety of pastas and globally inspired entrees. Xtra's is the perfect place for lunch, dinner, and late night cocktails.

"Having lived in the fan and city for years, I can't believe that I have never been to Xtra's Cafe. Food was great, service was good and we can't wait to go back again to try lunch and dinner. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large! Really enjoyed our visit and glad that we discovered a new place."

Richmond is the second location of Chef Mike Isabella’s acclaimed Italian-inspired restaurant. Originally opened in the Chinatown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Graffiato offers hand-rolled pastas, artisanal pizzas and small plates. Chef Isabella’s seasonal small plates are inspired by the food he grew up eating in New Jersey prepared by his Italian-American grandmother. With heavy influence from Chef Isabella’s Mediterranean and Latin culinary training, Graffiato is anything but a traditional Italian eatery. Roasted potato gnocchi, chicken thighs with pepperoni sauce, charred octopus and roasted cauliflower are a few of the signature dishes you will find on the menu. Much of the wine and beer are sourced domestically, and often from the East Coast. Look for unique cocktails, domestic wine and Prosecco served straight from a tap.

"Good food, service was attentive. The food was tasty, can't wait to bring the family to try other items. My only concern, we were seated at the front door and it was freezing and it took away from us enjoying our dinner - for some reason two tops are reserved in the front rather in the back or middle of the restaurant where all the action was located, TVs, bar and kitchens. I will make sure that we are not near the door, the heat was not working. Will give it another try to make sure that the overall experience can be correctly noted."

Owners Aline and Chef Dale Reitzer continue the tradition of fine cuisine they perfected at the former location in Carytown for 10 years. We have a fine dining answer to the casual restaurant, or a casual approach to fine dining. Our menu is regional American, with an emphasis on seafood and fresh, local, top-quality products with clean flavor profiles, cooked with consideration and to perfection by the Chef.
