"Good food, good service. We went for St. Patrick's Day. They had great selections. Will go back to try other choices on the menu; especially the Prime Rib night."

In the casual and comfortable setting of Emeril's Chop House, the warm design evokes the timeless craftsmanship of American industry– bronze metal ribboned screens outline the entrance, earth tone colors of leather & beige mohair furnishings contrast with the restaurant’s transparent reflective surfaces & circular crystal pendant light fixtures. The chef’s food bar has a leather panel front & hand finished white-washed oak millwork, & overlooks the open-action kitchen. Two curved wine cellars with polished steel wine racks separate the private dining areas from the rest of the space, & are encircled with a splash of red on the custom carpets. The restaurant’s combination of craftsmanship & elegance is perfectly reflected in the original artwork by local artist Michael Kessler, who achieves his effect with layer upon layer of acrylic paint on wood panel & relies on natural gesture to create his organic forms.

"We loved it! We went for restaurant week in Bethlehem.(Had a cosmopolitan at the bar which was the best every. It's made with fresh mixer.) They give you a choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert. We had the scallop appetizer which was wonderful, the filet mignon (which was cooked perfectly) for the entrée, and Emeril's famous banana cream pie for dessert. Everything was so delicious, service was impeccable and the price was great. We love going to Emeril's Chop House for the great food. Can't wait to go back."

Rustic Italian-inspired fare – Emeril Lagasse serves up his signature take on the familiar Italian staples that he knows and loves. The menu features antipasti, cured meats and artisanal cheeses, soups and salads, fresh made pastas available in half- and full-sized portions, wood-burning oven pizzas, fish, meat and vegetarian plates utilizing seasonal ingredients. Not to be missed: gelato, ice creams, cakes and other house made confections created from scratch by Emeril's dedicated pastry chef.

Emeril's Italian Table offers a comfortable spot for everyone, from a snack at the bar with salumi and wine, or a corner table for a fun family-style meal with pizza, pasta, main courses and dessert. Emeril's antipasto bar anchors the restaurant, turning out creative Italian appetizers, salumi and regional cheeses. A wood-burning oven is used to craft exceptional pizzas, made and fired to order.

"We went for restaurant week in Bethlehem. The selections were great. They gave you a few choices for appetizers, entrées and desserts. My husband had the calamari for the appetizer and the pork chop for his entree which were cooked perfectly. I had the eggplant parmagiano which was delicious. Service was very good."

"Entrees were delicious. I had the rack of lamb which was prepared perfectly. My husband had the gnocchi which were delicious, but could have been a little more. The same with the calamari for the appetizer. Just not enough. We were disappointed in the wines by the glass. I had the cabernet and my husband had the sangiovese; both were not to our liking. The service was very good."

Oldwick is in the heart of the Hunterdon County horse country, and the Tewksbury Inn is at the center of this 18th-century historic district. The Inn is a former stagecoach stop where the 21st-century traveler can enjoy the traditional friendly tavern atmosphere with fine food that reflects wide ranging influences. In 2008 the Tewksbury Inn began opening on Mondays for the first time and those who join us have been in for a real treat: Our entire wine list at half price. Our exquisite food deserves pairing with an equally great wine and at this value, we think you will agree.

"Lunch was wonderful. Met a classmate I hadn't seen for 50 years and was so happy I chose the Tewksbury Inn. So many delicious choices, service was impeccable but discreet. We had plenty of time to talk. I had the Carpaccio and the Blackened Cat Fish, both were prepared perfectly. Always a great spot for lunch or dinner."
