Barn Joo is a Korean-inspired gastropub in the bridge over Flatrion District and Union Square. The exciting characteristic of Barn Joo's menu is a changing array of Small to Large plates – highlighting the use of farm to table ingredients – offering comfort foods with the touch of Korean soul. We focus on bringing the best out of ingredients and transform them into exotic flavor profiles, yet in a simple form that our guests can relate to. Guests are welcome for a quick bite at the bar, a specialty cocktail in the lounge, or for a pleasant dining under our naturally organic yet unique ambiance

BARN JOO (Barn - An agricultural building used for storage, Joo – Drinks in Korean) The meaning of Barn Joo in Korean – Accompaniment in Music / Drinks accompanied by your meals. "We were at a matinee in the theatre district (party of 6) and could not find any openings at the restaurants that we were interested in in the area so we ventured down to the Flatiron district on a recommendation to this restaurant. After a lovely walk (30 blocks) we arrived at Barn Joo and were seated immediately after a spin of the wheel which rendered us a free cocktail! We enjoyed ourselves very much, great food, variety, decor, service. Even the picky eaters among us were very happy. Will definitely go back."
