"This outlet of Ruth's Chris continues to provide great food in a lovely setting with some of the friendliest staff in Dallas. GREAT greeting by the Valet Parking attendant and Tatiana, one of the friendliest and most welcoming hostesses in Dallas dining. Tried some new dishes (at least new to us): :Lobster Mac and Cheese was outstanding, and our steaks were,as always, Dallas' best. Service was good, but since we dined on New Year;s Day, one or two of the staff may have still been tired from the very busy evening prior. Overall, another outstanding visit that always makes us look forward to our next. Highly recommended!"

"I've eaten at Michel's for forty years, and my memories are better than the food and service currently on hand. Prices are still high- they always have been- and ingredients are fresh. The ocean view can't be beat, but the food can be- in at least a dozen or more restaurants all over Oahu. Service is friendly which one should not mistake for competent. The wait between starter and entree was almost half an hour. For $340 for two people, one should expect great food and attentive service. Food was good, as was service, but not one thing about this meal was memorable. Breaks my heart, but whenever a kitchen can't get Bernaise sauce prepared properly, it's time to move on."

"Ever since Neiman-Marcus opened in the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Mariposa Restaurant has been a great choice for lunch. The food is well thought out and prepared, and the staff are gracious. Since lunch is the more casual meal, expectations aren't as high as for dinner. For the evening meal, the prices charged suggest the need for more consistent cooking than the kitchen can deliver. Server suggestions are often limited to "Everything is good", which almost certainly means they have not tasted the entire menu. A seat on the lanai provides a great view but also a great deal of noise. Simple dishes work best here. Service, as mentioned previously, is always friendly and warm, if not attentive."

What we serve at Ka‘ana, we serve from the heart. We source from local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen. We only put on your plate what we feel is proper to serve. Our pairings speak to the ability to connect the elements of taste, smell, and touch with everything around us.
Our dishes are prepared using techniques from around the culinary world, but thought-out in accordance with our micro-climate. The way we prepare our fish, season our salads, and grill our meat depends not only on its origin, but what the weather tells us, how the swells on the ocean shape our mood, and how the land influences our feelings.
Here we hope to blur the lines between your kitchen and our restaurant, between what is external and what is internal. We invite you in, share our hopes, and create a unique dining experience that connects you to this place and its essence.
"What can one say about a restaurant with stellar food, gracious service, and farm to market fresh ingredients? Simply this: GO! Do not waste on moment making your reservation and dine in one of Wailea's best restaurants. Everything we ordered was outstanding, and the service was friendly and spot-on without being intrusive. The best dessert I've ever had in my life- a "sundae", all the components of which come together to make a spectacular taste profile. Great ambiance, a more-than-adequate wine list, and some of the island's friendliest staff. As I said earlier. GO! And go often!!!!!"
