"Not one flaw in our latest meal at Ruth's Chris. It was perfection from start to finish and one of the best meals we've had in Dallas in eight years. Britney, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made a special evening even more special. From pre-dinner drinks to an AMAZING cheesecake for dessert, this meal was one of the twenty best we've eaten in our lives. PERFECT filet. Actually, that describes the entire evening: PERFECT. Our very highest recommendation!!!!"

The restaurant’s 2,500-square-foot dining area is completely enclosed in glass and features a terrazzo floor, ethanol-burning fireplace and warm color scheme to create an inviting, relaxing ambiance. <br /><br />The restaurant’s a la carte menu features a distinctive and creative spin on contemporary cuisine, original cocktails and one of the largest Scotch collections in Dallas – perfect for an after-work escape, shopping-trip interlude or weekend-getaway indulgence.

"I have enjoyed every buffet at The Second Floor but the Mother's Day version was THE BEST. Amazingly good food, lots of variety. and the quality was outstanding. Staff worked perfectly together, and it was nice to see so many family's together celebrating the day. The room was set very appropriately- lots of personal space between tables. Food choices were outstanding, and I enjoyed all of them. The "buffet etiquette" of some of my fellow guests surprised me. Folks, it's easy. You put the food on your plate, then go sit down and eat it! Odd how some diners don't understand the concept of a buffet. But for everyone that does, there is none better in Dallas. GREAT VALUE, GREAT FOOD!"

The Blue Fish features the freshest premium selections of sushi and sashimi, along with spectacular signature rolls and hot food dishes. We also boast a variety of sake, beer, wine and spirit selections to complete the dining experience.

"Some of the very best sushi in Dallas, but service was definitely off the norm. Food was very fresh and none of our choices were anything less than stellar. It was a slow night in the restaurant which may have explained why service was so far off the usual crisp pace. It seems that everyone performs better when the place is full. Ahi Tower always a great starter; all the sushi is fresh and well cut. Because of the smaller crown, the noise level wasn't as catatonic as usual. Just wish the servers had paid a bit more attention to the few customers they had."

"Th Easter Sunday Brunch at the Second Floor was extraordinary. A great selection of well-prepared food, plus $2 Mimosas plus one of the friendliest staffs in Dallas equaled a special dining experience (make your reservations NOW for their Mother's Day Brunch; they always sell out). Not only was there a great variety of food but every dish was well prepared and presented. The staff throughout were on their game, and the result was gracious and attentive service. This restaurant always offers, not only the expected buffet fare, but also many surprises which make the meal even more of a value. While there are several rooms in which to dine, all have special charm. The Second Floor is second to none for their special buffets."
