Lulu in the Grove is a funky neighborhood joint with a sophisticated vibe featuring globally influenced seasonal cuisine and infused drinks. Neighborfood.

Lulu is a vision of what an outdoor sidewalk restaurant should be, where Commodore meets Main Highway in the center of Coconut Grove. Adored by locals and out-of-towners, Lulu offers uniquely inspired dishes from local sources. Try a few of our popular tapas like bacon-wrapped roasted dates and goat cheese croquettes. Savor our flavorful entrees ranging from truffle macaroni and cheese, jambalaya bow tie pasta, and chimichurri churrasco. Each dish is prepared especially for you delivered with a smile.

- Patio and indoor dining
- Full service bar
- Free Wi-Fi
- Weekend brunch
- Dog-friendly
- Daily food and drink specials
- Happy hour: Monday-Friday, 4-7pm

Become a fan on Facebook: /LuluintheGrove
Follow us on Twitter: @LuluintheGrove
Instagram: LuluintheGrove

"Overdone Burger and slow service were hallmarks of our visit. I know the place has gotten high marks from others, but our Monday night outdoor dining experience brought us slow food and slower beer order. The burgers were generous and it wasn't until I got to second half that I found out that besides from coming out well done, versus order of medium, the second half was burnt. I was almost done when I hit the charcoal- so I did not make a big deal but did say something to our waitress when she came by.
It is possible that Lulu, like a lot of other restaurants, have different kitchen staff on the weekend than during the week. BUT for such a highly touted place, the service and quality control of the food should be more carefully watched."

Established in 1989, Cafe Avanti is in a league of its own. Fine traditional Italian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. It's family owned and operated, and home away from home for Miami Beach locals. The staff is welcoming and hospitable, and are sure to make you feel like a regular even as a first time guest. Chef Constantino Cadavid has been at the helm of Cafe Avanti for over 21 years. It's reputation for consistency is like no other. From veal meatballs and tuna tartare, to osso bucco and frutta di mare, every dish is absolutely decadent. Desserts are homemade & the ricotta cheesecake is the best you will ever have. Parking is easy and meters are turned off at 6pm. Whether you sit at the bar, cozy brick room, a romantic table by the window, or have a large party, Cafe Avanti will provide you with the perfect experience that you are looking for.

"From the other reviewers we thought that Avanti was a typical neighborhood Itallian bisro- turned out to be a classic Italian Ristorante- complete with the white table cloths and high prices. Although the prices for the entrees were in the $20's -$30's, and the menu -a la carte, ALL of our dishes, whether it was the salman, veal, chicken or Eggplant Rollatini, were all made with excellent ingredients and prepared expertly. We went on Valentines Day and our reservation was honored and our table was at the center of the dining room. This was a very active place last Friday, which made noise level a bit high at the end of the meal, but not overly objectionable. Go here for a special meal for a special occasion."

Cibo Wine Bar brings authentic rustic Italian flare blended with a vibrant nightlife and has become the new hot spot on the Miracle Mile. This Italian eatery and wine bar, created by the Liberty Entertainment Group, offers traditional Italian fare in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. With Liberty Group at the helm for their second venue in Miami, the attention to detail is flawless and the food delicious.

The menu offers guests a true taste of Italian cuisine, featuring both traditional classics and modern staples. Like the food, the space itself is warm and inviting with stone + glass walls, rustic wood finishes, exposed brick and butcher block table tops. This rustic elegance makes Cibo ideal for a casual relaxed meal yet sophisticated enough for a special night out.

"Ate at the Cibo Wine Bar on a Wednesday evening. Energetic Bar scene and easy to get a table for dinner. My wife's Gnocchi in Meat Sauce was worth the upcharge and my seafood penne in White Wine was great. Seafood was plentiful and well prepared. Sampled a Sauvignon Blanc by the glass and was treated to a generous pouring. Used Group-on and will definitely return before we leave to go back home in March. Outdoor dining venue nice but smokers abound in Coral gables- Very continental crowd- European and South American,"
