The Granary showcases a lunchtime menu of traditional, humanely raised; central Texas Barbecue featuring smoked brisket, pork, turkey, ribs & made from scratch bread, pickles & sides. The Granary has also garnered national attention with its house special, beef pastrami. Dinner at the Granary brings diners something intriguing by introducing various Barbecue traditions and flavors from throughout the world in the form of exquisitely composed dishes. Dinner guests can expect table service from knowledgeable staff and communal style seating that make The Granary dining experience unique, elevated, but approachable. The Granary also brews exceptional Craft Beers in-house that pair beautifully with the menu. Rye Saison, IPA & Brown Ale are house-brewed beers to expect along with experimental beers like a Coffee IPA.Other Texas breweries are featured on the all Texas tap wall. A thoughtfully curated bottled beer reserve list, showcasing breweries from all over the world, is also available.

"If you enjoy beautiful presentation, excellent service and food that tastes exquisite, then this is your restaurant. This is French food at its finest. Do not expect mounds of food; rather each plate is a work of art, and with an appetizer and entree you will have room for dessert. We had the beets in apple milk and asparagus, the guinea fowl (crisp and moist) and duck breast, creme brûlée (5 tasting cups) and strawberries with doughnuts and custard. The waiters and owner are proud of their menu and service, and they should be as it was exquisite."
