"PURE DELICIOUSNESS - Fried grits, chicken wings, Texas toast, BBQ board - brisket, brisket, brisket - melts in your mouth! Awesome beans! Buttermilk pie - yummy! GREAT BEER FLIGHT. The best meal I have ever had in SA. Excellent, knowledgable and excited waitstaff. Wonderful ambience."

"If you enjoy beautiful presentation, excellent service and food that tastes exquisite, then this is your restaurant. This is French food at its finest. Do not expect mounds of food; rather each plate is a work of art, and with an appetizer and entree you will have room for dessert. We had the beets in apple milk and asparagus, the guinea fowl (crisp and moist) and duck breast, creme brûlée (5 tasting cups) and strawberries with doughnuts and custard. The waiters and owner are proud of their menu and service, and they should be as it was exquisite."

Maloney & Porcelli is a clubby new American restaurant that draws inspiration from a simpler time when three martini lunches were alive and well, steak was for dinner, and servers anticipated guests’ every need, even completing dishes tableside. Begin meals at Maloney & Porcelli with a selection of shellfish, salads or favorites such as Baked Clams Orsini, Peekytoe Crabcake, or Steak Tartare that is finished tableside. For the main course, there is a choice of steaks and shanks, including the famed Crackling Pork Shank with Firecracker Applesauce, lobsters and composed options such as Chicken Under a Brick, Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon, or Beef Shortrib Stroganoff. An array of inventive sides complete the meal, like Gruyere Soufflé, Fried Herb Tater Tots, Broccoli and Pimento Cheese. The desserts inspire nostalgia with a individual red velvet cake served, grasshopper pie for two, and a selection of house-made sorbets, sherbets and ice creams.

Magical is a word thrown around a lot when discussing Tavern On The Green and one can’t help but feel magic in the air. Jim and David, architect Richard Lewis and landscape architect Robin Key, preserved the Victorian/ Gothic elegance of the semi-circular building; it is authentic, natural, elegant and sexy. It has been re-built to spectacular precision and the décor is of a grand farmhouse one might find on the property of an Italian Villa or a historic Hudson River Valley mansion.
