The Dining Room at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen is the fine dining restaurant located up the grand staircase and overlooking the reflecting pool at The Vail Mansion. Executive Chef Kevin Sippel offers a four-course prix fixe menu for $78 where guests select three savory courses and one sweet. The chef is also happy to prepare a seasonal, six-course tasting menu for $105 for the table. Guests can choose from one of 400 selections from the wine list (including 40 by the glass) or let our award winning sommeliers create custom wine pairings. A full bar featuring seasonal and classic cocktails and a wide variety of spirits is also available.<br /><br />On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night The Dining Room menu is also available a la carte. A four course and six course menu are also available.<br /><br />Lunch and Brunch are served in The Dining Room.
