The Dining Room at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen is the fine dining restaurant located up the grand staircase and overlooking the reflecting pool at The Vail Mansion. Executive Chef Kevin Sippel offers a four-course prix fixe menu for $75 where guests select three savory courses and one sweet. The chef is also happy to prepare a seasonal, six-course tasting menu for $92 for the table. Guests can choose from one of 400 selections from the wine list (including 40 by the glass) or let our award winning sommeliers create custom wine pairings. A full bar featuring seasonal and classic cocktails and a wide variety of spirits is also available.
