We've MOVED! Our new address is 8700 W. 3rd Street & George Burns Drive. A.O.C. is a small plates restaurant driven by seasonal ingredients, locally sourced. Our California French cuisine was developed by Chef Suzanne Goin, and has some Mediterranean influences as well. We have 24 wines by the glass and 150 bottles to choose from, curated by Caroline Styne, all of which are either organic, biodynamic or sustainable. And now, featuring a full bar with premium spirits and specialty cocktails. Reservations are encouraged.

"Dinner was wonderful Really delicious. We had the scallops and the Halibut. Both were new preparations and they were great. Doughnuts and Ring Ding seemed improved as well! Really Great"

"Food was decent. Expectations were low!! Menu is nice. They had 86 the burger as they were out of buns!!! Had the lobster roll which had tasty lobster but on a really doughy brioche roll. Need more lobster for $26. The service was slow. We had a nice server, management was present but certainly not hospitable. No great welcome or thank you. Too bad. Certainly the crowd was mostly tourists."

"Food was good as always but it's soo disappointing to continue to have poor service. Our waiter (wanted to communicate in French) was nice enough but he had his hands full. Waited 10 min to open a bottle of wine. Bus boys were not allowed. Add some staff, please."

Since opening in 1998 Lucques has garnered extraordinary accolades and is now recognized as one of the country’s best restaurants. "Maybe I'm a food snob but don't see how this restaurant made it to #5 on Jonathan Gold's list. Food was very good, garden outside was pretty but tables were plastic. Service was nice. I suspect I have a bigger issue with Jonathan Gold than with the restaurant."
