"This is a relatively new place to dine and we decided to try it. The restaurant is lovely and tables well spaced - service wonderful and food was great! I liked the menu choices very much - I enjoyed the fried calamari with artichoke hearts - great steak and delicious chocolate locally made ice cream! They also have a great choice of champagne by the glass which is important to me. I highly recommend this new restaurant to all - the menu choices are varied and there is something delicious to enjoy for everyone!!"

History has been written inside the walls of the Wharf, with its 1790's style architecture featuring original wood columns and beams that are charred black from a Civil War fire. Since 1971, satisfied diners have been heading to The Wharf in Old Town for whole Maine lobster, local soft shell crabs and prime steaks. The restaurant has recently been renovated and remodeled and the menu updated to include many contemporary seafood items along with their traditional Chesapeake Bay creations.

"We periodically come to the Wharf to dine and enjoy it each time. The interior is quaint and reservation staff easy to deal with. They also have tables on the sidewalk during the summer months for people who enjoy a true people watching experience! The menu choices are very extensive and they have lots of specials - whether you like fish or steak there is something for you to enjoy!! Their seafood soups are delicious and desserts delicious. When you are in Old Town be sure and make a reservation!"

"We had dinner here again but were not as impressed by the food - salad bar good but Caesar Salad was terrible - bad seasoning and wilted lettuce. The tables are very nicely spaced and you cannot beat the view - lovely sailboats and ferries going to National Harbor. The prices are extremely high here -"

"Several of our family stayed at the lovely Ritz Carlton Hotel in Grand Cayman - in part to enjoy again one of the most fantastic champagne brunches we have ever had and to celebrate Mother's Day together! As anticipated all 5 of us were thrilled at the amazing food (shrimp cocktail, crab legs, baked fish, 3 types of caviar, sliced ham and roast sirloin steak, lobster pasta, and wonderful croissant and desserts that melt in your mouth!). And to top it all off - we enjoyed unlimited Taittinger Champagne - with ocean view."

"If you have been to Paris and enjoyed the delicious food and French ambiance then you will love Bistro L'Hermitage! Located to the side of Occoquan, VA right off of Rt 123 - it is readily accessible - it's own parking lot - and true French magic when you step inside. It is hard to make up your mind what to order even before they tell you of the specials of the day! The staff is so warm and welcoming - you are already thinking of when you will return for your next dining treat! Don't miss this lovely restaurant."

"We enjoy coming here for lunch or dinner - the menu selections for seafood are outstanding and very innovative with a big touch of New Orleans in it. Three choices of delicious seafood soups - great entree selections of fish/shellfish - and wonderful deserts! Hard to diet here - when there is key lime pie, chocolate pecan pie, and creme brulee to enjoy!! For diner I love their shrimp and steak selection."
