Under the twinkle of crystal, within panels patterned in rose, a scene unfolds.  The Cypress Room is Michael Schwartz's elegant American dining room, a nod to the spirit of classic 1920s fine dining; welcoming with a freshly polished finish in food, service, bar and decor. Serving elegant American cuisine with French touches, Chef de Cuisine Roel Alcudia's a la carte and tasting menus highlight the kitchen's wood-burning grill and rotisserie in appetizers, selection of cheeses, entrees, sides, and house specialties. The Beverage Book contains a focused collection of craft and barrel-aged cocktails, spirits, beer and wine with an attention to old world regional varietals. The Cypress Room is the ideal location to celebrate seasonal flavors everyday.  A great intimate setting for lunch or dinner, The Cypress Room is perfect for parties of 2 or private parties up to 47 guests.
