Since 1965, Joe Allen has been a quintessential New York restaurant serving a classic American menu in the heart of the Theater District. Just two blocks from Times Square, it has been a favorite of Broadway performers, locals, and tourists for almost 50 years.

Please note that we take reservations up to 7 days in advance.

Don't miss a chance to try delicious druze meal prepared by Gazala's mother! She will be cooking her spun recepies August,1 to August,18! Get a taste you will never forget! A hidden gem amidst so much on the Upper West Side. Gazala's serves some of the best appetizers around to start off your dining experience. Chef/owner Gazala is Druze Israeli, but the menu will be familiar to anyone who has tried Middle Eastern food. The babaganoush (roast eggplant dip) is smoky and velvety. The inside of the kibbe's crispy crust is moist ground lamb seasoned perfectly with aromatic spices. The felafel (deep-fried ground chickpeas) feature an unusually crunchy crust. The ambiance is more contemporary than our Midtown location offering large areas for private parties and large groups. Don't be surprised to see Gazala come out of her busy kitchen and chat with the diners.

Signature entrees include Miso-Bronzed Black Cod with Okinawa Potato Puree; Kobe Style Filet Mignon "Toban-Yaki"; and steamed Chilean Sea Bass with Ichimi, ginger, and shiitake. Wallsé, the flagship restaurant of Chef Kurt Gutenbrunner, serves fine Austrian cuisine that reflects Kurt’s passion for aesthetics, taste, quality and seasonality, as well as his knowledge of modern and classic culinary techniques. Characterized not only by incredible food and impeccable service, Wallsé is also renowned for its extensive wine list curated by Wine Director Leo Schneemann.

The restaurant mixes an early 20th century Austrian minimalist setting with works by contemporary artists, such as Julian Schnabel and Albert Oehlen. Gutenbrunner’s innovative menu, which showcases different variations of traditional Viennese cuisine, has earned a two-star rating from the New York Times and a coveted Michelin star rating.
SIDECAR is PJ Clarke's handsome semi-private upstairs dining room. The birthplace of Patrick Joseph Clarke himself, for 50 years, it was a musty antiques office. Now, its wood beamed ceiling, exposed brick walls hung with fine art, and long seemingly endless space welcomes diners to one of Manhattan's most intimate dining rooms. You enter Sidecar through a special entrance on East 55th Street. The menu, prepared in Sidecar’s own kitchen, is Steaks, Chops, Seafood and Raw Bar. And, there's always the PJ’s Hamburger. Whether seated on the long banquets that run the entire length of the room, or at a table on the main floor, Bank of England chairs immediately envelope one in a unique sense of clubby comfort. An extensive wine collection, personal attention and the quiet calm of a unique refuge complete the experience. Please note - SIDECAR at P.J. Clarke's does not accept walk-ins.

Avra Estiatorio is a restaurant that transports you to the Greece of your imagination. The sky is vivid blue and the air is drenched with sunlight and the aroma of freshly caught fish grilling over an open fire.
