The Marais is reborn in Chelsea at Le Singe Vert, courtesy of the brass coat racks, long wooden bar, distressed mirrors and wicker chairs – all antiques owner Georges Forgeois sourced personally from his travels in France and North Africa.

In addition to the allure of the authentic surroundings, Le Singe Vert boasts a unique duality as both an energetic bistro and romantic hideaway treasured by a variety of guests: Singles grabbing a bite before a night on the town, families relishing a three-course meal and enamored couples enjoying a quiet evening in a secluded corner.

The menu of classic bistro fare appeals to this eclectic crowd, beginning with enticing offerings from the raw bar, to the outstanding steak frites, and of course the decadent chilled pot au chocolat for dessert. Although always festive, “Le Singe” is truly the place to be on holidays, especially for its legendary parties on Halloween, Valentine’s Day and Gay Pride.
"Le Bernardin never disappoints. Deceptively simple, refined, elegant and well-portioned meals.
No attitude, just helpful, discreet staff who will spend as much time with you if you are pondering the wine by the glass list as they would if you were having them decant a rare vintage. A+.

Má Pêche is Momofuku’s only restaurant that doesn't require a subway ride to get to if you're coming from the MoMA, the Theater District, Central Park, or work: it's in Midtown. Má Pêche (which means “mother peach”) opened in 2010 and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

At Má Pêche, guests may choose from a variety of passed plates offered tableside to accompany larger a la carte dishes meant for sharing. Inspired by dim sum, the passed plates and cart service allow for a hand-selected, communal dining experience from Executive Chef Paul Carmichael.

For more information about large party dining at Má Pêche, please visit http://momofuku.com/new-york/ma-peche

"Good food (except for the beets which were hot and odd), loved the chicken and lamb ribs.
Great waiter, fun, smart, and knowledgeable. However, took ages to get a drink had to track down the much touted dim sum cart--took 45 mins for her to arrive and by that time, our food was there.
